Megan's 12th Week on Nutrisystem #NSNation Blogger #Sponsor



Hi everyone! I just finished my 12th week on Nutrisystem! Thanks for stopping by to continue to read about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.

I want to first start out by telling you some exciting news! Originally I was signed on to be a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger for 16 weeks. Last week I was told that they are going to extend my time with them another 8 weeks! I'm so thrilled to be on Nutrisystem longer and working towards my weight loss goal!

The last time I took measurements were on April 29th, so one month ago!

This past week I ate the Nutrisystem Mac n Cheese for the first time. I think I was holding off on trying it because it looks like Kraft mac n cheese. Not that I'm against Kraft or anything, I just wasn't in the mood for that kind of mac n cheese. After my first bite, I was surprised with the cheese flavor explosion in my mouth. It tasted nothing like Kraft and was more cheesy with cheddar. Yum, I'll be ordering more of that next time I order!

Here are my results for week 12 on Nutrisystem!

I'm bummed I only lost 0.2 lbs, but am happy that it is not a weight gain. I think the problem with this past week, was I was at a funeral (lunch reception) the one day, a graduation party another day, and invited over for dinner to a couple's house another. I feel at first, I choose the right portion sizes, but then get a little more food because it taste so good, even though I know I wasn't really hungry. I'm going to have to learn to walk away and keep busy with talking and doing something else, so that I don't stare at party food and get tempted. My body hated me this last week, as I was feeding myself bad food....not that it was all bad. I did make half to most healthy choices, but the portion sizes were wrong. I also need to order more lunch bars to keep in my purse, so that I can eat that instead of fattening food.
