Megan's 11th Week on Nutrisystem



Hi everyone! I just finished my 11th week on Nutrisystem and I'm excited to tell you about my results this week! Thanks for stopping by to continue to read about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.

I feel like had another great weight loss this week, even though it wasn't as much as I wanted it to be, I'm still happy with my results! It's always a little nerve wrecking when I step on the scale to see where I'm at, but I'm learning to be ok with whatever number I see on the scale (you know as long as it's not a big weight gain haha).

I love that fresh fruits and veggies are really coming into season; I'm a big fresh fruit & vegetable eater. I'm feeling great and healthy- which is so important to me! Friends around me have noticed my weight loss by taking a look at me, and that of course feels great! :) I'm working towards the next size down in pants, and feel like it's not going to be much longer until I fit into the comfortably.

This week, something new I had, was the Chef's Table: Ginger Cashew Chicken for dinner one night, and it was SO GOOD!! I love that it had a lot of cashews in it; didn't "skimp out" on them. Plus it had a lot of vegetables in it.

My husband and I were sitting on the couch a few days ago and he out of no where said, "oh my gosh, your legs and thighs are looking really skinny...like seriously where did they go?" haha, while it was funny, I starred at my legs and realized he's right! I feel like I lost over an inch in my legs, so I knew I wanted to do my measurements again. Boy was I surprised when I saw the numbers in my measurements.

The last time I took measurements were on April 29th, so one month ago!

Yay! I'm so happy to have lost 15.5 lbs in 11 weeks! I'm ready to kick it into high gear and guess what? I signed up for a 5k run on August 3rd!! Woohoo, I'm so excited!! Never thought I would actually sign up and do it, but I really have made a life change and want to be fit and healthy again. Preparing for the 5k means more running for me...I mean I don't want August 3rd to get here and I can't even make half of the run, so I need to start "training" for it. I'll be taking pictures and sharing my experience with you for sure!

I want to remind you again, Walmart has started carrying 5 day Nutrisystem kits- 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinner's & 5 desserts/snacks, plus a free meal planner and free weight loss counseling!! What a great way to test out Nutrisystem to see if you like it!
